RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
Returns and exchanges must be delivered to our store within 14 days of the return request for a full refund. Any returns received after 14 days will be returned to sender. Returns can take up to 5 days after delivery for our team to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon return being processed, your refund can take around up to 10 business days to reflect depending on your banking partner.
If by chance you need to modify or request a cancelation of your order, please contact our support team support@pecadolimited.com at your earliest convenience with e-mail subject “Cancelation Request” and we ‘ll do our best to assist you. If the order shipped prior to receiving a request, don’t worry you are able to return the item(s) once it is received, as long as you request a return label before the 14-day return window.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We hope you love your purchase. However, our customer care team is happy to help you make a return.
- Shipping label(s) will be automatically generated once the return request is submitted and a $15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Note, only send returns using our return label so that we can track your package. A lost return sent by a different method cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item, returns sent back outside of this window cannot be processed. Return orders must be shipped back within 14 days to be accepted.
- We accept merchandise that is in unworn, unwashed with original tags attached for a full refund.
- Items purchased at full-price are eligible for exchange or return.
- Items purchased at a discount less than 50% off original price are eligible for exchange only.
- Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. This includes items bought with a discount or a promotional code.
- Sale items that are returned to our boutique will not be refunded.
If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. - Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are credited back to the original form of payment.
- All accessories including: jewelry, eye wear, belts, wallets, handbags purchased in PEcado boutique are final sale regardless of price.
- All Pre-Order product is subject to an exchange or refund only.
- For questions regarding your made-to-order product, please visit our Made-to-Order page in the footer of our website or additional on how to proceed.
- Returns can take up to 5 business days to process from the time your return is delivered to our store. Once processed, your refund will show on in 5-10 business days depending on your bank. We encourage you to be patient with returns. If you have any questions about your return, you can reach out to support@pecadolimited.com.
- If you submit a chargeback before your refund is processed, you will no longer eligible to your refund.
- If you return a product allegeable for exchange only, you will receive store credit.
- We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order has been lost, stolen, damaged, and or held please reach out to the shipper.
Upon receipt of returned goods we reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.
GIFT CARDS
PEcado Gift Card is a refined way to express appreciation and celebrate someone special. Available in both Printed and Virtual formats, all gift cards are issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
- No fees are imposed on PEcado Gift Cards and they do not expire.
- Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the www.pecadolimited.com site and at our boutique.
- Gift Cards are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).
- If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your Gift Card balance online via your My Account page or by speaking with one of our representatives.
- If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card and you have existing store credit on your account, this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card.
- If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
- Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
- PEcado is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- PEcado is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
PEcado reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards with the exception of free shipping codes which can be applied to Printed Gift Cards orders. - Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a PEcado Gift Card.
- Shipping charges are applicable on Printed Gift Cards with a value of $199.99 or less.
