Made-to-Order conditions

Looking for something special you have not been ale to find? We are happy to custom make any piece you have in mind under the following conditions:

All custom order items purchased are pre-paid by the customer at a time of order including group orders.
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on all canceled custom orders prior to manufacture.
Once your custom order item has began manufacture your order is non-returnable and non-refundable under any reason or circumstances. Orders can not be modified after production has began.
Date of delivery is an estimate only and is based on information provided to PEcado by the customer and subject to availability. In most cases it takes up to 3 weeks for us to manufacture your custom order item(s).
Group orders must be shipped to the same location and/or picked up by the individual initiating the order unless prior arrangements have been made.
All Custom Orders are based on market price and subject to availability.
