Birds… Their colors, shapes of feathers, their social behavior… So live! So ambitious and graceful “flapping their colorful wings”! Chickadee, Scarlet Macaw, Australian King Parrot and especially Cedar Waxwing, Poupa Hoopoe, Northern Cardinal, Albino Cardinal, Galah, Black and Sulphur-crested Cockatoos, Green Turaco and many more have inspired me into creating an exotic custom handbag that draws a fine line between elegance, Vogue and complexity of nature without being too literal.
I wanted to create relaxed look that evoked freedom. For that purpose, I used antelope hair-on leather and cowhide to recreate a natural and exotic look, which could not have been done without the innate look of Antelope hide.
