We are happy to design any PEcado product for our customers under the following conditions:
- All custom order items purchased are pre-paid by the customer at a time of order including group orders.
- A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on all canceled custom orders prior to manufacture.
- Once the manufacturing of your custom order item has begun, your order is non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason or circumstances. Orders can not be modified after production has begun.
- Date of delivery is an estimate only and is based on information provided to PEcado by the customer and subject to availability. In most cases, it takes up to 3 weeks for us to manufacture your custom order item(s).
- Group orders must be shipped to the same location and/or picked up by the individual that initiated the order unless prior arrangements have been made.
- All Custom Orders are based on market price and subject to availability.
